The Spiced Oven's sourdough class was fantastic! Very welcoming and class was very hands-on, perfect for beginners. Everything was explained from scratch: understanding sourdough to baking a beautiful loaf. I took home my own dough to bake and a sourdough starter to keep baking. I highly recommend it!
I loved everything. Easy to understand. Nammi was very thorough. She spent time reviewing information to give everyone a chance to grasp the steps. Very enjoyable. Her bread is amazing.
